For those of you who don’t know, we have put together a very special evening for you this summer and we call it “Wine Wednesday”. The best part is that it is EVERY Wednesday this summer. Make a habit of visiting us each Wednesday for a special offering of a three course tasting menu. There are two new menus to choose from each week. One menu is paired with white wines and the other is paired with red wines. We have been pleasantly surprised by the interest in the early going. It feels like this could build a lot of momentum. The guests last week were not only raving about the food and wine but raving about the value. That is something that we aim to provide each and every night. If you have been to many restaurants lately, you know there is not much value out there for food you actually remember eating!

2nd course: Jumbo Shrimp, Red Rice, Grilled Pineapple Picante with La Frenynelle Bordeaux
3rd course: Ashley Farms Chicken, Quinoa, Chimichurri with Domaine Antugnac Chardonnay
Red Wine Pairing Menu
1st course: Selection of Fruit and Cheeses with Campus Oaks Zinfandel
2nd course: Seared Tuna, Polenta, Tomato Saffron Sauce with Cetamura Chianti
3rd course: Beef Stoganoff Pastry with Valle Escondido Malbec
Pretty tough decision, huh? Well in addition to these great specials, all these wines are discounted 20% on bottle purchases. If you would like another wine, take 10% off any bottle in the house! What a deal. A great opportunity to try one of our more expensive bottles at a reduced rate. Caymus, Silver Oak, Forman, Grgrich Hills are all great bottle selections that will save you some money on Wednesday nights.
