It looks like it is going to be a beautiful spring this year.  We have been lucky enough to have some very mild temperatures.  This is really getting everyone itching to come out to Olde Mill to play golf, tennis, or just dine on the deck.  In preparation of our impeding 2012 season, I have been reworking all of our menus for Maples and The Tavern.  This includes our wine menu that will have some exciting new labels to try.  Now, don’t worry about losing some of your favorite wines or dishes, because I am keeping the most popular ones.  But, there will be some exciting changes that will make you want to come back for more.  Details to follow in the upcoming weeks.  I am looking forward to seeing you back here on Groundhog Mountain soon!
