There are a dwindling amount of seats left for our first dinner theater event here at Maples Restaurant. After much research and tasting, I have settled on our wine pairings for the five course dinner. I think you will be just blown away with the quality of these wines from all over the globe. My thought process was this: think decadent, just like the guests did on that ill-fated voyage. It was the best food and wines from all over the globe. This is my version of the classic menu items that were found on the Titanic menus. I am very excited about sharing this experience with our guests on May 5th.
